Town of Moraga’s Bollinger Valley Project Update
Yesterday, Monday, October 15, the Town of Moraga Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to consider the Revised Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for a proposed residential development in Moraga of 126 single-family homes and 25 accessory dwelling units on 186.33 acres known as “Bollinger Valley.” After more than four hours of discussion, the Town of Moraga Planning Commission decided to continue this matter to a second hearing on Thursday, October 18. As Moraga’s project has potential impacts on residents of the City of Lafayette, those interested in following Moraga’s review process are encouraged to visit their project web page here for more information. Concurrently, Lafayette staff will provide comments on Moraga’s project FEIR to the Lafayette City Council at its regular meeting on Monday, October 22. Staff will request that Lafayette City Council forward any comments it has on the project to Moraga’s Town Council.
