Conversion of an existing 3,258 square foot building into a modern administrative office for the police department. Work includes targeted demolition of interior walls, floors, partitions, and structural elements; excavation and shoring systems as necessary; installation of structural beams and columns, walls, floors, partitions, service utilities, and other  building system renovations, site improvements, and other related facilities needed to support the renovated building.  The Project requires the diversion of a minimum of 65% of all generated solid waste from landfills either by reuse or recycling.

Estimated project construction cost:  $1,300,000.
