Program  (Registration Opens 9/5 @ 12:00AM)

The City of Lafayette Parks Trails & Recreation Department has been carrying on the tradition of Junior Cotillion for twenty-nine years. The Junior Cotillion Program is an introductory course for 7th graders in which students learn how to have fun dancing with a partner.  The goal of The Junior Cotillion is to acquire ease, grace, and self-assurance during formal occasions.  Students will learn to dance with many different partners and practice conversational manners necessary for fun and popularity at social events.  Instructor Gail Enright and her friendly assistants energize the students with a mix of dance moves and music guaranteed to make each class fly by.

Sessions

In an effort to improve student/instructor ratios, the Cotillion Director will be offering two sessions with limited enrollment.  Both sessions will have the same valuable content. Refunds will not be issued within 10 days before the start of class.    Parents are required to volunteer one Thursday night during the session.
