The latest issue of Lafayette Vistas gives insights on how we are planning for growth through our State-certified Housing Element Update and includes and a map of the downtown area showing where multi-family housing has been built or is approved for development. There’s also information about incentives for ADUs, improving the livability of Lafayette for older residents, the Chamber's annual Art & Wine Festival in September, and EBMUD’s seismic project that will result in the Lafayette Reservoir Tower being shortened by 40 feet.
