Our contractor has started installing construction fencing around the project as well as information signs that will show users of the BART Station how to access the station while our project is under construction. The bike lockers that have been relocated to the parking lot are available for use. Other bike racks can be found inside the BART Station as well as on the North side of the station.
Construction activities planned for next week include the following:
- Start of demolition of existing improvements
- Tree removal in the vicinity of the new Bike Station.
The working hours for this project are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Emergency vehicles will always be provided with access.
