PG&E Power Outage to Begin at Noon Wednesday in Lafayette (Update: 19:13 PDT 8 Oct 2019)
The City of Lafayette will be affected by a PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event starting Wednesday. According to PG&E, Lafayette is included in Phase 2 of the shutoff and PG&E power lines will be de-energized in the City beginning at noon (12:00) Wednesday, 9 October 2019. Please prepare for the power to be off for up to five days, although it could be restored within 24-48 hours.
