2026 Road Paving Project
The 2026 Road Paving Capital Improvement Project includes road rehabilitation on:

- Brook Street (Hough Avenue to Moraga Road)
- Diablo Drive (Hawthorn Drive to East End)
- Hidden Valley Road (Diablo Circle (north) to Acalanes Road)
- Huntleigh Drive (Lucas Drive to End)
- John Way (Powell Drive to Old Jonas Hill Road)
- Knox Drive (Silverwood Drive to Hidden Valley Road)
- Las Huertas Road (Saint Mary’s Road to Old Millstone Lane)
- Los Arabis Drive (Estates Drive to Upper Happy Valley Road)
- Los Palos Manor (Glenside Drive to North End)
- Marianne Drive (Acalanes Road to West End)
- McBride Drive (Bradbury Drive to End)
- Monticello Road (Glen to End)
- Natasha Drive (Rahara Drive to End of Public Road at Driveway to 4020 Natasha)
- O’Conner Drive (Oak Street to Moraga Road)
- Richelle Court (Reliez Station Road to End)
- Rose Court (Rose Lane to End)
- Ruppel Place (McBride Drive to End)
- Springhill Road (Goyak Drive to Springhill Lane)

The project also includes trimming vegetation and trees, repair of existing concrete curbs and gutters, and sidewalks that have been lifted; removal and replacement of asphalt berms; replacing metal beam guardrails; regrading side road ditches and repairing old corrugated metal pipes and the removal and replacement of the old retaining wall and asphalt pathway at Springhill Road; and adding concrete curb ramps at intersections to meet to ADA Standards on Brook Street and O’Conner Drive.
This roadwork will require detours and lane closures.
2026 Road Paving Project Timeline
The project is tentatively scheduled to start in early June 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in early September 2026.
