Happy Valley Road Parking Permits
Are you a BART parker who lives in Lafayette and has had trouble finding parking? Effective December 1, 2016 the 40 on-street parking spaces under Highway 24 on Happy Valley Road were made available exclusively for Lafayette Residents as part of a test program.

Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and people parking must still pay the parking meter. This permit program has been popular and successful; consideration will be given to making the arrangement permanent in 2019. You may contact Sarah Allen at sallen@lovelafayette.org or 925-299-3208 or Lisa Martin at lmartin@lovelafayette.org or (925) 299-3201 if you have any questions.
