Community Opinion Survey 
    Results of the Online Community Survey on solution alternatives, conducted earlier this year, were summarized by the consultant as
    part of their briefing at the March 16 Circulation Commission meeting, and were included in their Draft Final Report dated 4-30-15,
    presented at the May 4 Circulation Commission meeting.
