Capital Projects Assessment Committee

The Capital Projects Assessment Committee is charged with reviewing the current Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and with developing the long-range capital improvement plans for the City. The City Council reviews the recommendations of the CPAC and adopts the capital improvement program projects each October for the following construction year.
