The Lafayette Library and Learning Center Art Galleries
For several years the Public Art Committee has selected exhibits for the Community Hall Gallery, adjacent to the Lafayette Library and Learning Center. The Community Hall, featuring approximately 32 linear feet of exhibition space, is open to the public when there are public events occurring in the Community Hall. Additionally, the Gallery may be open at other times for public or private use by reservation through the Lafayette Library and Learning Center Foundation. Exhibitions are now also being held in the library's Homework Center, which is open to the public during library hours and features approximately 20 linear feet of exhibition space. More information and a complete history of exhibitions may be seen by clicking on Library Public Art Galleries.
Town Hall Theatre Gallery Collaboration
It is with great pleasure that the Public Art Committee announces that Lafayette’s historic Town Hall Theatre lobby is a venue for exhibitions of local artists. This collaboration allows the City to expand programming to better serve the cultural arts communities in the area. The gallery, featuring approximately 20 linear feet of space, is open to the public when there are public events occurring in the Town Hall Theatre.
