The Maddy Act: On or before December 31 of each year, the City Clerk shall present an appointment list at a regular City Council meeting, which contains all terms that will expire during the calendar year, the date the term expires, and the necessary qualifications for the position. The City Clerk makes the list available to members of the public for a reasonable fee not to exceed the actual cost of production.
