THE REVISED PROJECT

"The Homes at Deer Hill" is the developer's name for the Terraces of Lafayette Project Alternative, to distinguish it from the Terraces of Lafayette 315 unit apartment project.  The Project Alternative proposes 44 single family residences, a multi-purpose athletic field, dog park, playground facilities and parking.
